ARANCIA QUARTET
shares their unique life experiences through classical music, opening their audience to the hidden stories and conversations in music making.
The Arancia Quartet is comprised of Yaeri Choi, Chandler Yu, Youna Choi, and ShiYoung Choi. Graduates of schools such as the Cleveland Institute of Music, Colburn Conservatory, Curtis Institute of Music, and the Thornton School, each member brings a distinct command to the quartet. Members in the ensemble have performed in spaces such as the Sydney Opera House, Carnegie Hall, Walt Disney Concert Hall, and the John F. Kennedy Center as soloists, orchestral, and chamber musicians. In addition to their commitment to the traditional classical repertoire, members have also performed and premiered contemporary electronic works with festivals and groups in Los Angeles and New Mexico.
The Arancia Quartet was invited to compete in the 2022 ARD International Chamber Music Competition and are semi finalists of the 2023 Mozart International Competition. They are based in Los Angeles, California.
